So far today, the muffler has ben taken off and examined and there are not blockages that can be found or any foreign materials. The intake manifold was taken off and aside from a bunch of RTV cement, the intake looked good and there was no foreign material observed.
Yesterday, I fix the...
Well another day another few cents......
Decided to inspect the fuel system today. Took most of it apart to make sure it was clean and not blocked. Replaced the return hoses all the way around. Have about 7 feet of the 3.5mm braided hose left. Saw that there was no rubber washer on top of...
Here it is in a bunch of pictures. I'll answer any questions that any has about this. It is a 2 X 10KW (one for each 240VAC leg) and each is broken down into 1 - 5KW element and 2 - 2.5KW elements, one of which is a variable 2.5KW element. So at this point, it is adjustable from only 7.5KW to...

Well, there was no work today on the set. Rained most of the day so I worked on putting the finishing touches on my load bank. The bank will draw 60 amps per leg in 240VAC single phase. Right now it is enough to put a 10 kw load on it. I will add another leg for 15 kw
total.
Got my break in...
There is no measurable pressure or vacuum in the crankcase.
It is not using oil. I do however have very minor oil seepage from the shims in 3 of the metering pumps.
When I first LOADED it down is was quite smoky and smelled of sulphur and other things I can not identify. Obviously when it's...
