No. Yesterday :-* had 20 to 22 psi oil. After the emergency shutdown it sat overnight. Today the oil psi is 7 psi. Yesterday when I did the emergency shutdown the oil fault indicator was lit. It also looked like the genset was beginning to overheat.
I put a video on line. The link to it is here:

I do not see a place to upload a video on this site, just pictures.
Yes at idle. Just started ambient temp oil in crankcase. When engine was rebuilt in Dec 17, about 11 hours ago. Yes. Yesterday the genset was running at 20psi to 22 psi. Then while under load at 60% and after 15 or so minutes, there was a lot of smoke then black smoke and the genset bogged...
Fuel pressure is 7.9 PSI measured at the connection at the electric fuel pump at start and after start.
Oil sending unit shows 240 ohm as needed when shut down but when the engine is started and allowed to run, the resistance only drops to 200 ohms not to the 100 to 33 ohms level indicated in...
I have not been able to get it to 80%. I only have gotten it to 60% load then it died. The rebuilder said 80%. Considering that there has been issues with the fuel cutoff solenoid as well as the injector pump rack via the fuel lever, stop/run, solenoid connection (which hole does it go...
Low oil pressure light is still on and the gauge is only showing 5psi. Yesterday it was showing 22psi or so. But I can start the genset with no issues if I bypass the fuel solenoid and move the lever manually.
With your expertise, we should be able to get this thing up and running in no time. Have faith in at least my ability to type on the keyboard and explain what the problem is
I think these are just minor things.
In the latest news, I think that my fuel solenoid is bad now. Have to...
My other thread shows a complete teardown of the engine in the pictures he sent me.

Cylindrical. I am going to put on a fuel gauge meter when it stops raining to see what the pressure is.
Oil is still blackish grey like when I got it. Well, I am going to change the oil and filter.

Yes, done with engine rebuild

Filled with break in oil during engine rebuild
Filled, overflow bottle filled as appropriate
Fuel lines replaced but the return lines are beginning to crack so they will...
Well it is under a 38% load at 240VAC each L pushing 120VAC , 21 amps on L3 and 22 amps on L1. My load bank is working fine right now.
Some bluish white smoke. Some wetstacking I think....Not heavy but some. Possible in rebuilt engine?
So I placed the lever in the proper hole, lower of the two top holes. The cutoff now fully engages and disengaged and the genset now shuts down in about 2 to 3 sec instead of the 90 seconds it used to take.
No joy on tightening the fuel injectors to stop leak at shims.
When the rack moves...
Hopefully I will be able to hook it up to my 12500 watt variable home made load bank (hope to finish it today) so that I can put a heavy load on it.
This generator was running fine prior to the rebuild. It is a 2009 model which had 218 hours on it before the rebuild. Onlyy after the rebuild...
In Figure 6 of the 24P Fuel Selonoid it shows the link bolted to the top hole.
In Figure 9 of the 24P (Govenor) it shows the link bolted to the middle hole.
Mine is bolted to the bottom hole.......which is right?
