I got the tac I guess I will figure out something creative can't use my radio tray or dog house. Maby I will mod the box I got to go on the winshield frame.

I am trying to do the same i have the same drive line as you but with a 6.5 i am fairly sure the 4l80e will bolt right in with the T Case adapter plate and cross member without shortening the driveshaft since its already got the 242. I sourced ever single part you have listed and the price is...
mine does exactly the same thing sounds the same too. its been doing it for awhile before i found out it was the drive shaft i took it on a 160 mile trip last week and it dident get any worse stayed the same.
I don't have fording exhaust yet. I'm 100% sure it's not the exhaust. Maby a binding joint like Retiredwarhorses says or maby a crack? I will dig deeper this weekend.
heat shields are good. it does sound like heat shields though its fairly annoying but if i put pressure on the drive shaft or just hold it it stops rattling the interesting thing is it only rattles once the truck warms up.
if thats the case i will pull it out. need to find a replacement if i pull it i might as well have a new one in hand before i take it out for good measure.
So my rear drive shaft rattles quit loudly only when idling everything seems tight no play in the u joints and drives fine no rattle. It goes away if I push up on the drive shaft a bit. I always thought it was my exhaust pipe rattling so I ignored it till the other day when I decided to fix it...
