When I replaced my 6.5 NA (with "V" belts) wiring harness, it took a 6.2 wirirng harness. How I know, I have a new 6.5 harness sitting on the self.

If I am reading the hood wirirng harness correctly, it is part # MS35489-110.

I had the same problem but on the windshield frame. I drilled the hole and installed a riv-nut. I did it 2 years ago and I think I used a 1/4/20 riv-nut. Hope this helps.

I just bought a 24 volt to 12 volt converter cable for non military trailers from XM381.com. It has both a 4/5 pin flat cable and 7 pin RV socket. They make several combinations and grades. I bought it because one of my trailers has electric brakes.

I have had good luck with Rapco paint also. I typically turn the can upside down for about 2 hours before I start to shake it. Seems to help.

The part number is S7-250 for the wire. I think Kasco has them for less than $2.00 each

Are you talking about the wire connection cover? If so, I believe they are 6/32 x 1/4".
