I am running a thermo switch installed in the bottom of the radiator, 190 degree cut in/out and the core was cleaned when I was doing the work several months back so I know I'm good on flow.
I was also surprized that the highway speeds were not enough alone to keep the system in check. As...
RE: New Hot Weather Tests on Electric Cooling Fan
I think if you were to install a puller in the back with the pusher you have on the front you would proably have your CFM issues licked. If yours is bidirectional move it to the rear and add 2 10" in the front.
The 3 10" puller fans I am...
A note on forward mounted condensers on the front of the truck, room is a huge issue and I pulled mine due to temp increases. Over the winter it wasn’t too bad but on long hauls I was maintaining 220 non stop, I pulled it as it got hotter and have not had it back on the road due to an oil leak...
Im trying on the gaskets but dont hold your breath... Sometimes it takes me a month to find something and another 3 to get them made and in stock... "New" parts are a slow process!
It HAS TO BE the tag on the motor... Motor seals come as kits (usually) and the only way of chasing them is with these tags, anything else on the motor is 90% of the time a casting number which could fit several diffrent motors of diffrent flavors... Every now and again you get lucky on some of...
I've had a lot of request for winch seals and been asked numerous times over the past few months to get them into the store and put together seal kits of the ease of purchasing... Finally they have arrived!

With the exception of very few electrical devises you can add to a vehicle there is little along the lines of flood lighting and small...
Before tearing into the engine make sure you do oil sampling... Many over look this tool and jump the gun tearing into something which may not need it and / or enter into the job blindly.
I can not stress in importance of sampling and maintaining records so that you have a history and a base...
Never seen a retainer on a rear main...
To remove the seal without pulling the plate off... Drill a small hole in the seal, thread in a screw and use it to pry on... It usually take several holes / screws to remove the seal but its too difficult to manage.
I don't see a problem with it and have considered doing that very build for Pinz owners when I get through with the M35 stuff.
I would probably use a mag unit which is much smaller as you really don't need all of that juice for accessories. It would also be a lot less drag too....
Looks like...
Hey guys... Kenny and I were discussing these again yesterday...
I am still working on the OEM boots, its not the fastest process in the world but it is moving along.
In the interim I have added the zipper less boots mentioned above to the store and should have a stock order of them in by...
RE: Jumping
I would say jump starting and slave starting are pretty much the same between consenting adults... One is just a little more extreme than the other... Which I tend to personally prefer!
As for your truck, like papercu said... get the TM...
