I found this in a deuce I had a few years ago. It was lying lose under the passenger seat. I tried to test fit it several places in the cab including over the slave cables. But it did not fit anything I could find. I ended up just sticking it on a shelf and forgetting about it. Any idea what it...

One of them grabbed the shorts I was wearing the other day and tore them. That is another reason I was going to take them off.

I plan to remove and repaint the mud flap frames. If I could nto figure out what those tabs did, I saw no reason to re-install them.
