Behr also works well on the soft tops. They're surprisingly porous and absorb the paint well, hence the multiple coats of rattle can that are required.

The M932A2 are a little harder to come by, than other M939s. I got lucking and scored a good one, off GL from Camp Shelby, that only needed a lift pump and an air dryer. Good luck on the hunt.
I can't tell by the picture but it appears that there are no bolts on the underside of that spring hanger. This would explain the crack in the bracket as the torque to the rear end will tear that hanger to pieces, if it's not properly bolted down...
