    lol this happened to me not that long ago in the 5ton... trying to sneak it outta the neighbor hood at 0200 in the morning started it up and the more that the air pressure built the louder the horn got haha how embarrassing, so turned off and drained air tank real quick... then pushed the button...

    used for ring mounts, antennas, convoy lights...etc or whatever else your mind can think of hehe... also on the back of the cab it self you can see two vertical spots where the poles can be attached as well...ie for a ring mount you need three poles in order for it to work.     2.5 ton and 5ton wheels do not interchange because 2.5 ton wheels are 6lug and 5ton are 10 lug. As for the trailer wheels i can't give you an answer for that sorry... hope that helps. Od Iron makes wheels for deuce I know for sure and you can also make your own by cutting the lug patterns out...

    I guess mine does have a tube there but then whats the extension pieces that hang off that on the ends...wont those be in the way? And if you notice they have the unit marked 12v on one side and 24v on the other side, however the solenoid is marked 24v... can't see any marking on the motor itself

    or get very lucky like i did when did my seals...and it just slid right back in and only had to turn a slight bit to make it line back up ;-) thats a first for me (being lucky) hehe
