It was a rip about 12-14" long. I held the two sides together evenly and applied the tape. You can't tell it is there and it's waterproof.

I had a tree limb go through mine on the 5 ton. The tear was about 8-10" and pretty bad. I used (believe it or not) Flex Seal spray and tape and it water proofed it and it isn't leaking etc. Of course I used it in the outside.

If a feller was interested in one of those solargizer kits.... what would the ask be? Feel free to PM...
