That thing stopped being a cucv a long time ago...that is if any part of it ever was a CUCV? The front body portion of the cab/body looks more like a M880 than a CUCV, but maybe it looks different due to all the other mods.

Your correct, I'm pretty sure that the window clips are the "panel clips" that are being referred to. The terminology may have been off but the idea was correct.

Cool tip! I had heard about that but my clip was pretty bent up so I did not want make it worse or break it so my solution was to place the clip almost completely on (the point just before the ends slide into the slot) then I placed the handle back on and all it took was nudge with the...
press in on the panel some, then use flat tip screwdriver to pop off clip or needle nose to pull it off. I have also heard that you can slide a rag or old t-shirt in there an snag it in order to pull it off without losing it as you might with the first method. It took longer to put back on...
We do, in fact just today I was browsing outside of CUCV area. I was even in the Post-Vietnam to Desert Storm area and the General AO this morning! rofl
Thanks, Most of it was there already. It said " For Official Use Only" All I did was take the "For" off and I matched the "U and N" font by hand with electrical tape and a razor blade.
