    My first oil change...

there is a port by the oil filters that i guess was used to take oil samples from. This also can be used to drain the filters. when i changed my oil, i stuck my finger down inside where the oil filters go and there was some sludgy stuff in there. nothing real bad, but it may be worth trying to...

Spring 2011 Rausch Creek MV Rally

I would like to come down, so its a "maybe" for me. I would like to get some work done on my M35A2 before i go though. I never packed my wheel bearings and am thinking it might be a good idea to do. i never had it in water, but it would make me feel better if i had the bearings packed. So this...

    Lds 426-2 ip

humm... what is better lubed or not? common sence would say any mechanical part lubed is a good thing. i have a general idea how the IPs work and know the fuel needs to have lubrication propertys, but does that have anything to do with this lubed and not lubed IPs that you speak of?

First Run with my WMO Filter System

i like the idea of heating the barrel just my one concern is that would that cause convection in the barrel and stir up the crud in the bottom? i dont know how "hard packed" the sludge would be in the bottom. again just a thought. how many watt are the band heaters and where would i get one? my...

Rear Axle Lockout Install, Twenty Minutes Tops!

how strong are those lockout hubs though. seems like the stock shaft has been time proven. i would get nervous that when loaded with 6 ton of stuff in the back and that locked in that it wouldnt be able to take the torque going around a turn (having both axles hooked together). I dont have proof...

    WMO and Surging

all the suggestions these guys have said are great and its good to check what they said too. you could put a fuel gauge on the bleeder port of the final fuel filters with a long hose so you can see it in the cab. drive it down the road and see when it cuts out if you lose pressure going to the...
