I suspect you are looking at posts that predate the Great Crash of 2005..... Anything prior to September 1, 2005 will not have any photos attached, unless the author went back and reuploaded it.

Cam's are not different as far as I know. Ideally, www.dieselplace.com will have ALL your answers. You can use any year setup, you will just have to buy a Turbomaster from Heath if you use anything newer.
Will work just fine. the 6.2 and 6.5 are almost identical blocks. You will need to build an exhaust. You may have to relocate one battery, and possibly an alternator.
