There is a dumpster in a location I won't disclose publicly where the local National Guard throws things they no longer need or desire, I dive there frequently and find great things.

No, just old school fire extinguishers, these were used in a lot of military vehicles, I was on the M3 Bradley during most of my time in the Army, there are two mounted in the right rear of the crew compartment.
I can remember seeing them on other vehicles.
Small update, should have motor back here at my fort Monday, will try to fire it off then. I need to order a new crossover cable from Saturn before I put the motor back in the truck.
