Suggest you pressure wash this truck stem to stern twice. Then spray components like the engine computer and alternator with something like WD40, there are better sprays available for protection however.

Make sure the bulbs say 24 volt on them somewhere. Some bulbs that are older stock have the vacuum inside leak and then the bulb fails immediately like you describe.
Maybe the lift pump failed. Maybe an electrical connector in the ignition circuit failed. Maybe the fuel pickup in the tank is plugged. Usually I suspect the injection pump but it’s safe to eliminate that at this point.
