I accidentally backed over a TH350 with my deuce and it broke the back of the tranny just like a bad driveshaft would. When your tranny is on the ground try to keep your deuce away from it. Sorry I'm not much help.

I don't see how the relay could cause the wait light to come on if it is working and sending power to the glow plugs at start up. If the glow plug card is bad that would do it or the temp sensor telling the card the engine is still too cold.
