You could go with a 24 to 12 converter or if it is just lights you are looking for you could go with LEDs that will run from 10 to 30 volts. I am installing some backup lights on my HMMWV and I have a pic of the lights below.

You sure it is not gear oil mixed with ATF? I had this happen and it turned out to be the dreaded Vampire leak. The cooler in the transfer case develops a leak so the tranny pumps ATF into the transfer case and then out the breather lines to the pumpkins and Portal hubs and onto the air cleaner...
I will be there on Saturday for the day and am bringing my M998. My buddy is taking his Pinz 712M out of the tabernacle for the show. This rig does not come out often. If you want to see one of the nicest 712Ms in the country please check her out.
See you there.

The Clansman PRC 320 is a great rig and used all over Europe. It's an AM unit some with SSB. They run from 2Mhz to 30Mhz so it works really well with the Ham bands. You can also use the "MANPACK" backpack setup for this rig. My buddy has one we are going to setup in his Pinzgauer and I am going...
For a NA diesel keep the stall low and would look at 1200-1300 somewhere around there. With a turbo diesel I would go with a 1400 stall to give a tad more rpms to spool up the turbo. I really like the idea of a 700R4 and I happen to have a built one in a Mazda pickup and I may steal it for the...
