    Scammers again

Great post Drew but to me it just sounds like Tuesday in my world. :-) Good advice on all points. Until we get security devices that can immediately identify a scammer as such and kill them on the spot we have to keep warning everyone. Too harsh? If I were harsh I'd go after their family...

    M818 as a first truck - opinions

M818 or M813 is a good truck. First might be pushing it if you have no experience in big trucks. I fell into my 813 after having two Deuces and liked driving it. The power steering was great and the sound of the Cummins is nice even with the muffler. The only downside is that I sold it. Oh...

RAILROAD CROSSING SAFETY - Sheriff Officer Hit - could have been any of us.

Nope, whining people who can't sleep at night due to air horns. I used to spend a lot of time in Ft Lauderdale and stayed at the Holiday Inn next to the tracks. I always asked for the room facing the tracks. Horns never bothered me.

RAILROAD CROSSING SAFETY - Sheriff Officer Hit - could have been any of us.

I was just on the police page for a small railroad in North Carolina. Lucky the deputy wasn't killed. After seeing the video we had a woman killed close by for the same thing. Two tracks and she didn't see the one coming.

    Runaway

I have a 55 gallon oil drum with oil from two destroyed multi-fuels. I would not suggest trying a rebuild. Just too many itty bitty pieces running around inside to destroy it again. Mine still ran with a two piece crankshaft and the block webbing destroyed. (Yes, I have a witness.)

Katrina Deuce Story - MUST READ

Twice I have been first on the scene to a bad accident. Both times some of the first responders had their holier than thou d1ck attitude. Both times all I did was keep the victim immobile and calm. One was covered in blood from a head lac and the second was trapped. My question to the d1cks...
