Need to replace the oil pan on a truck, it's all smashed from a forklift. I have pulled the oil pan on my other truck, but was unable to completey remove it from the truck.
If I raise the front of the truck so the axle hangs down more, is there enough room to remove the oil pan?

Guess I need to be more clear. Not interested in a pre-lube system. I'm talking about if the engine is been in storage, or freshly rebuilt, and need to pre-lube the engine for the first start.

Need to check your governor for the air compressor, that's what controls when the compressor is pumping. I think it's on the firewall, but been a while since I looked. I've had one go bad before, and what your describing is what happened.
O boy... I just had to remove the air engagement cylinder. Be prepared to cuss! I was able to do it without pulling the transfer.(just noticed gimpy's comment.. Should be able to do it without pulling transfer)

I seem to remember there being a difference between the winch driveshafts for a gasser or multifuel. Do they swap between trucks? Can I put a gasser winch driveshaft in a Multi truck?

Don't need to drill out 3/4 adapters. Just put a 3/4 to 1 inch bushing in the 1 inch shackle hole, and use a 3/4 pin. Farm store should have a bushing.
