Jack it up and check suspension for loose parts. Maybe a wheel bearing or half-shaft bolts. Make sure tire is not separating-- I would say not as problem comes and goes.??? Let us know and happy hunting!

What they said-- I added a delclone alternator to my 5 ton and have hade zero problems. My local rebuilder said he could rebuild my old alternator after a credit check.($400 plus) That was after telling me that the voltage regulator could go out again at any time. NO THANKS--- delclone it...

engine-- turn up your fuel(add a egt temp.sensor) and get a better air filter (k&n) or do air filter mod. to existing housing.
