..oh, and if the brake lights aren't working, I would look to the brake switch on the air pack...either it's not connected or busted (they leak internally and stop working if it's the old style). There is an upgrade kit you can get form Saturn Surplus that will change the switch to an air...
Amen brother!
I've got some HEMMT seats going in mine that should help with that. Also consider power steering so you can go with a smaller wheel (off of a 5 ton or something).
Also you can put a non-springer seat in there...I hear that helps (better have an iron butt though).
Nice truck...
I've heard of people using decommissioned (ie: free) home heating oil tanks (the free-standing kind) for WVO/WMO storage too. Just make sure you can contain any spills if they leak...
RE: Newby intertested in the Duece
How old are you Matt?
What kind of driving experience do you have?
Are you good with tools? (Mechanical skills)

:cookoo:
Is this another of those HOA issues? What a crock.
Get one of those flexible drill bits that electricians use to run new wire in old houses...they are like 2-3' long and have an auger on the end. Made of spring steel so they can actually drill around a corner. That will help you dig most of it out.
..then try heat/fire/torch.
If that does...
RE: arb
Yes, open for almost all. I've heard some of the ones that went to cold weather areas had detroit-style lockers in them, but no numbers on that. 99.9% would have open diffs.
Some of the 5 tons had air lockers...really good ones from the look.
RE: knuckle boots
Send a PM to Mike at ODIron...he is "Devilman96" here on the SS site, or you can email him directly (link is on his site odiron.com)
Mike sells the good stuff, and can hook you up. Make sure he will ship the boots to Canada (if they are US Gov't surplus, he may not be able...
