In the end it's going to be a matter of preference. Look at the bulk of 5 tons with super singles. None have flipped hubs. The offset of the A3 wheels will not keep them in the same track when flipped but most 4x4s don't share the same track from front to rear anyways.

They didn't come with them so whatever the unit or motorpool added is what you have. Try to recover some numbers for the lights and do a little google searching. Have you put a meter up there to see what has/ hasn't got juice?
