Middle is likely a fuel filter base. If you don't get it fixed by the rally, we can probably work a fix for it.

There were a few converted to duals at the unit level. I think a couple of members here have them. I'd love to have one to convert using a cab chassis axle. It tucks the tires just under the body very neatly.
