Just curios, but i had no problem getting a tag and insurance. Tag was only $45 insurnace is $30 a month. I found the cost was not great for these two items. I did have to call and get a vin inspection but it was free and the officer came out to my house.
Sounds like you have already decided to drive it. So my idea would be to buy a tow bar. Good luck and keep posting I am excited to see how recovery goes.
I would not use the NAPA filters. I found the Bladwin filters work best and the correct gasket is included.
Also, don't let the canister rotate when reinstalling them.
Why not get a price from Eric hot shot transportation get an estimate? I figured I would not lose a day of work, no worries of break down, and no fuel
cost. PM me and I can send you his number. Figure 1.50 per mile.
My thought would be to put "My ride M35A2" on the back.
I would like to do the same thing. Are you making them or placing a order with a graphics company?
Hang in there it's probally going to take the 60 days for your EUC to clear. I would not make to much noise if you go past the 60 days though. Just my thought any way.
Good luck
Through my experience the online help with Hiedi would be the way to go. My guess is that you a automated system has not put you in the black list.
I would go through GL again if i had space for another duece
I was going to change my fuel filers as well (weather permiting). I did not think removing the fuel lines was required to change the filters. Was going to buy a strap wrench first though.
When i have a questions about my truck i call CSI in Tallopsa GA 770-574-2033. Tom in parts would have the...
The Diesel Only Sticker means your fuel density compensation has been bypassed. However i have heard you can still run it has a multifuel. I have the same stiker on my truck and have decided to stay with diesel.
Well, I used my flame heater yesterday switch above the wipers. I followed the directions only activated during cranking, lots of smoke. Did not know about the risk of cracked lines or o rings. That being said it helped start the truck.
Keith,
Have you ever considered moving to Georgia? You sound like a guy in the know.
Seriously though, I would be more worried where all your brake fluid went..lines wheels
If I had the money would have purchased a M35A3 w/w. To me hands down they look good, hydrualic winch, power steering, and CAT diesel...oh mama daddy needs a new ride
How cool would it be to pual along side a FMTV in a M35A3....Guess I can dream
Had the same problem (only had the truck a month). Changed the oil, put in a diesel conditioner, and drained the fuel filters. Still runs rough in the cold 15-20. Put once it's warm runs smooth. I swear it likes new oil and new diesel. I would try that first and the move up the list.
Good luck
