It has the standard NATO connector and a commercial 7 pin ( I believe, like a tractor trailer) ) connector. There isn't CTIS on the trailer. They don't air up or down.
I'm not familiar with rebuilding them, but do know most I've come across myself or by others are dry in the front. 75-90 synthetic gear oil 11-13 ounces. Good luck.

Cool. How is the break over point? Does the jeep want to drag? I've thought of a set of ramps for my MK, with a 20ft bed I could go longer to lesson the rake but may tend to be heavy ramps.
Check the roof rain gutters, the rear holds some water causing rot. Most gets painted over and covers it up. It's in a bend where two body panels come together. It can be repaired but takes a little work. Also the axle ends are separately lubricated from the inner axle. They often are empty or...
It is fun to drive. Don't push one for maximum speed. 45-50 is comfy for the little Cat. Parts are becoming more available, but BAE scrapped all their inventory ( well most ) when they stopped supporting that unit. As parts become bail able, the more harder to find pieces, buy them if you can...

Welcome aboard the LMTV train. They are fine to drive, but yes, some parts can be a ¥€<}% to find. Some are found and evidentially made of unobtanium. I've logged about 1k miles or so on my in the last few months. It is fun to drive. The M1082 trailer looks good and pulls great behind it. Mine...
I bought a disc online that had all the manuals in it. I think it was about $15. I printed off two or three of them, about 6000 pages I think. A couple of HP toner cartridges. Lol. I'll try to post a link if I can find it, if anyone is interested.

This is too true. My first was in April of this year, I'm now working on number 6. Not too mention the countless parts you find "deals" on that you just can't live without!
