Like last years auction there, they were almost all FMS.
They were brought in to the Air Base so the FM's could check them out and the ones they wanted could be flown out from there.
As such, they were road ready 3 or 4 years ago when brought in.

I have done 2" square bar 90° bend, just got it orange with a torch and put a 6 foot pipe on the end with about 450lb of ass on the end.
New ones are great when run within their speed recommendations & air pressure.
They have a MPT style bead, so there isn't a good variety of tires for the rims.

can't speak for Fla but here in Michigan, a simple "ORV" license (off road vehicle) can be used to get around that complaint, they are $16.25 a year and no vin or title required.

Yes there should be should be tension on the disk, exhibited by the fingers moving down as it is tightened.
There should be clearance between the fingers and throw out bearing
In my experience, covering fuel expense goes a long way towards getting a number of trucks.
