m1009 are 10 bolt axles with 3.08 gears. the m1008s have the 4.56 gears. you can turbo them.

finally got there and did this. ball is there. on the passenger side of the pump down near the bottom the shaft is leaking. so now i know time for a new pump thanks guys

ones he found are from p/u trucks. bunch of different years just wondering what flows more.

i asked a friend to take a look. he knows some guys with yards if he could find me a 6.5 turbo. found a bunch. early 90s to i think he said 2000?? some are pretty cheap. some have really high miles. so i would have them rebuilt. second question, can you rebuild a turbo yourself?? thanks
