A five ton will put you over 30k if I remember correctly. You will need a class "B" CDL for it. Anything over 50k is a class "A" I believe. I have a class "A" so I don't pay attention to that stuff because I'm legal no matter what. Plus the doubles and triples, haz mat, tanker...
