Here is a couple pics of the reflecive shields for the sugical light in the truck.
Either that or these are zombie hats the medics wore while driving down the trails.
This is where I am at on the other side window repair of the holes - they must have cut this side out with my grandsons...
I threw in a pic of the surgical light that is in the truck - when the light is released to rotate - this reflector attached to the grill of the lamp - making the projection larger and brighter. Posted a pic from a google image - but you can see the reflector of what it turns the actual light...
When the CAMO group delivered the 43 there were 2 pieces that were absolutely in perfect condition and I have yet to find a picture of one with anyones M43 done - or just laying to the side.
The two pieces are identical and one must be a spare that was picked up along the way.
They are the...

I can appreciate the professionalism of a pilot and understand where there would be no comparison - I do not think it will ever get to that point either.
If pilots got away with what drivers did I would never fly or live near an airport.
Pilot comes on the intercom on a flight you...
I pulled the recoil housing as that was smashed into the fan - there is suppose to be a bracket for the Argon tank to mount on the backside - that is still ordered so I have to drag it around for now. The voltage switch is smashed and it broke on my normal setting thank goodness. The front stand...
Sand blasted around the gusset for the drivers side windshield - the lower mirror stem was rusted through and all I had to do was twitch it and it broke - add this to my shoping list to purchase.
Worked on the drivers door - got the two panels in the passenger side box area and first coat of...
PB - here is your pass to gain entry for body work to the 43 at my place.
DO NOT loose this as this is a one time single issue coupon - after 3 minutes it desintigrates - kind of like watching those Mission Impossible movies after he has listened to the tape = they disappear. rofl
Busted my ba-hoogies off getting the rear doors done today in the heat.
finished primed with oxide - scotchbrighted - blew - tack clothed - painted.
I have no clue why the pic shows the rear doors paint so funky - but the rear doors look like the side - must be the lighting or something...
You'll have to look back a few posts to see how these rear doors looked after I removed the riveted on panels. This is was a PITA - still right side door to go and I worked on the worst first.
Sure hope I am not making you sick by how this work is turning out - just trying the best I can.
ZiggyO - interesting you brought this up. Been kicking around the idea of getting one of those steel tank from OK and making a big BBQ cooker out of it and pull it behind the 109 - head to wherever and BBQ - people would flock to it just out of interest.
But then reality struck me as and...
Good help from a great bunch of memebrs there I see - way to go and glad you got it.,
As far as the guessing what may have occurred - I put on my magical physic aluminum tin foil cap - it could have been the surface mount to the block had an obstruction causing the flange on the pump not to...
SC - I have done this exactly as WM suggested and I also learned this yrs ago from an ole timer 6V92TTA mechanic working Generals - to this day on the 2005 Hino 268's we have - same way - bring to heat s l o w l y because of the cast iron manifolds also as suggested by another member...
Deb was making some kind of jesture - I am visually impaired so I could not really figure it out !! :cookoo:
Her jeep will get undivided attention when its time.
Too lazy to grab the camera on the way to the garage after work - the 2 seconds it takes to grab it is two seconds less to work on the truck.
The left rear door has roughly 4 hrs left to work on it - the right door had probably a couple hours left. This is also with the inside sealing areas...
