I agree! A small inexpensive 6k btu unit from the Home Depot will cool that box efficiently, and if it ever takes a dump, it's easily replaced. (Just my opinion)

It has been my experience (and this is just my opinion), when configuring a custom livable space in a comm shelter, it's easier to tear out all of the AC wiring and related panels and start over, all of those components are usually in the way.
