If you look in your frist pic, along the top you can see 5 sets of 4 bolt those are for mounting the top bow corner brakets. Then the cover goes over them. The ladder mount would make this easyer to get to. The 4 "bracket" ARE listed in the parts book as spot light mounts. But I have yet to see...
The best and easyist way will be to make a set of temp lights. Like above, I think you can get some premade ones for 12volt and chang the plug and bulbs. I've done this in the past.
My M109 had that kit installed from the army. It has always steered better to one side than the other. I will have to check the clamp. Does anyone have the install instruction on PDF they can post??
They stoped useing the LDS long ago. But Still used the LDT. Why would they take a useable core and throw it away. The EPA made them stop making the LDT,so if they needed a new/rebuilt LDT why would they not use the LDS block. Look at the parts book most all the parts are the same. I have a LDT...

My gusse is a 5 ton with the 14' bed. Its too short for a long bed deuce.
Sorry but that is NOT the right cover for the truck. That looks to be for a 5 ton. It should only come down in the front about the same as the rear. About 10"-12" not all the way to the bed. You then need a front and rear end curtin for that cover. The one with the vents are the one pice that...
