#4, but I always have the paid in full invoice and proof of insurance. I also have the GL rep sign and date the invoice showing that the vehicle was picked up that day. According to New Mexico DMV its legal as long as your taking it home.....never been stopped so, who knows if this is true.

They were doing mid Jan requests the last time you commented on this subject, a couple of weeks ago I believe. The interaction I had with the chat operator, Meredith, took all of 2 minutes. I'll be sure not to bother the GL customer service reps any further with my concerns as I don't want to...

Robyn, What date/timeframe SF97's are being processed right now at GL? All I can ever get from the chat room person are canned responses, such as, "they are in process" which tells me nothing..... Thanks. Ed

What did you do?, steal one of Dave's twinkies?........ Seriously though, expect NO help from GL at Barstow, if you can't get him on the phone, or return calls, email him and CC the corporate HQ. Worked for me after trying to get ahold of him by phone for 3 days.

Then tell them unless they can cite a specific code their letter has no merit.

Ask city hall to provide the specific code regarding this issue.
