Dave G have you researched the required export paperwork ,as these are sold with export restrictions and cannot be sold to non-us citizens without government approval .

Phase converters convert single phase to 3 phase .You can get them to put on each machine or large enough to run a whole shop . Because unless you in a industrial area chances are your power provider doesn't offer 3 phase service

What specificly was turning ? Was the front driveshaft turning ? were the axelshafts in the front end turning? or was just the rear driveshaft turning ? If everything in the front end was turning but the tires it sounds like broken lockouts. but with your description it could be anything , we...

You can always use a phase converter , you can pick them up for $50 on up depending on size needed

Well said westy I guess the mods took the day off . This same member started 5 different threads the other day with vidios of his excavator instead of posting them all in the same thread . So i guess crossposting threads is OK now too.

With the shroud in the cab the state might of pulled the radiator to get to the water pump and decided it wasn't worth fixing to them.

After reading this thread it is a prime example of why the no auction ( gsa,gl,e-bay , craigslist) rules were put in effect .
