The best deal for a new one is the manf. as listed above. As for used take outs its a roll of the dice. Did they check the fusse?? It's the only one on the truck. Also check the bottom of the pump there are some plates or shims that fall out that are needed.

That makes 3 different plates I've seen on a M818.

But is that with all the tools and stuff or????

OK who got the M36A3 today??? I know it was listed as a M35A3 but it was a M36A3 longbed. That is the 2or 3rd M36A3 that I've seen so far.

I have 2 different typs fo handle on the 2 wheel legs. One you have to pull out to lift it up, and one you pull up on the handle and a cam pulls the pins to lift.

M170 was used as a battlefield ambulance , some were used as airfield taxis. There are not two many of these truck around. If its all original , it would be best too keep it that way.

The HEMMET(sp) has a mid mount winch on the right side that goes to the front or rear, though some rollers.
