got screwed on an m939.... crap

Yes, I got carried away. It's back. Since you asked a binary question it has one of two possible answers, yes or no. Anything else becomes a CDL discussion.

    Modifying My Deuce

Just buy an over the road tractor. Less expensive, less work and you'll probably be happier in the end. That being said it's your truck do what you want.

got screwed on an m939.... crap

Although the OP may or may not have gotten off on the wrong foot I believe the goal now is to get his truck running again. With A/C already installed it was probably worth the price of admission. Like has already been said the best course is repair/replace radiator and check it out, paying...

Amazing! Ever notice how many threads are locked in this Forum?

What everyone is forgetting is that the speculation thread on what happened recently is not about politics related to MVs. Wisconsin and Georgia events ARE politics related MV threads. Know the difference or face the inevitable thread closure.

got screwed on an m939.... crap

Yes, bias. Mention a CDL inspection is one thing, going off on yet another misinformation CDL rant is quite another.

got screwed on an m939.... crap

    This isn't a CDL thread.

Amazing! Ever notice how many threads are locked in this Forum?

It's like playing Whack-A-Mole when you have politics creep into a thread. Sure, we can keep it open but someone will post something out of line and the post can be deleted but the next member will pop up do it all over again. If you want a perfect example of a "thread related to MV...

got screwed on an m939.... crap

$5,600 so far isn't that bad. Put a radiator in and go from there. I still question how in the heck the thing could have a big hole in the radiator and the fluid level be okay. I have a Cummins in my 813 and if there is a problem anywhere the coolant level goes down. As for running and...

got screwed on an m939.... crap

What I'd like to know is how the fluids could be okay with a big hole in the radiator? You might be okay if you shut it off when it started heating up otherwise you may have warped the block or head enough to let a head gasket blow through. The brakes may be as simple as being out of...
