northern tool and equipment sells kats magnetic block heaters for around 50 bucks stick it to oilpan or water jacket and plug in to 110 volt they work good on diesel tanks also to warm fuel fairly cheap and easy to use the either bottles are available at most parts stores

usually carquest or napa have them here in michigan

you can pick up a magnetic block heater for around $30 bucks plug in for a 1/2 hr or so on the oil pan usually works they work well on fuel tanks to keep diesel from gelling cheap and quick will work with small generator
