If I had a winch on the front of my Jeep Id go straight to the ORV today and start making bets with that one. I wouldnt believe it if someone pulled up and just said it was possible.
Professor, How did the trip go? If you dont mind do you want to share the info on those other ac/htr units? I have a s250/g that I want to use as a small camper and would love to have a heater/ac unit for it.

The one picture I saw (on m715zone) looked like it had 4 bolts holding it onto the rear bumper/cross member. the light I have is bullet shaped and has the mounting hole on the bottom. If anyone has a close up pic I'd like to see it.

Does anyone have a close up pic of the single small blackout stop light on the pass. side of the rear of a M715? also is the trailer plug the same on most MV's? I got a small single blackout stop light and trailer plug off a scapped ammo trailer (free :-D). I think the trailer plug will work but...
Dont be so sure of that. I was in the USAF. I saw my fair share of abused vehicles. If it was on an actual Air Force base it was probably treated pretty good, if it came from something like a Forward Air Control detachment or a TACP Squadron then it was probably abused like all the field...

Something Ive always wondered about these vehicles, is the second half powered? do the tracks provide power the the "trailer"? or is it just a trailer?
Take your wrecker down to the local tow truck operation and just get frendly with the owner or operators and see if they are willing to give you a little training. Ive seen trucks (garbage, dump trucks) towed that way when the rear axles are messed up.
