wow, just got home from work and wanted to read what was going on since last night.
I like the idea of SS getting some money from GL thru advertising.
That little ad is probably gonna cost me more money.
I will obide by the rules.
Yes I agree its a good thing for members who are selling to get interest in their stuff. but it drives the price up if Im bidding on something on ebay then somebody posts it saying "hey everyone look at this". Im not complaining about it. Just doesnt seem right to me to do it for one thing and...
cant be all auctions. we have a forum dedicated to member and non-member ebay auctions. thats specifically states post stuff you find while surfing here
I just dont understand why its just GL and not ebay or other online auctions.
I understand that on GL it does drive the prices up but doesnt that do the same thing on ebay? nobody seems to get all pissy about items on there.
Like I said Ive learned my lesson and will just keep my mouth shut...
we shall see. I have a question, are we not supposed to talk about anything listed on GL or just the auctions that are open for bids? Open for bids I can understand (kinda) but Ive seen alot of people asking about stuff thats coming up for auction but not open for bids yet. Ive been reprimaned...
Im glad to see them back too, but its gonna make it hard not to discuss or ask questions about a listed or active auction when the pictures are right there.
I read a thread about a 2x4 and some mud flaps and clamps. should be pretty easy but Im not to concerned about it. jeep lights should be a little bit inward from the rear tires on the truck and the windshield is already cracked and dont care about the paint. I do plan on putting mud flaps on it...
Ive got some pics of our (USAF TACP) set up out at NTC but the darndest thing, from where I took the pics, you cant see it. yes guys Army was not happy that we (USAF)could set up better camo around our vehicles than they could.:-D (all in fun)
they go on top of a few sections of aluminium or fiberglass tubing to make the poles and hold up the netting and the edges of the netting is staked down. If anyone has some hex or diamond of netting Id like to buy some for camping. Makes a great shaded area when your in an area with no trees.
That M715 w/w and a tailgate wont last long if he wants anything close to 2 grand. They have been going for anywhere from $1800 to over $3000 lately on GSA and thats usually without winch and no tailgates. If I lived anywhere close to PA Id be taking off work tomorrow and going for a...
Armada, Just what Im doing. Corey (streetbikedepot) has already fabbed up some shackles for me. (corey clear some room in your pm box) I got the MV trailer plug off a scrapped 105 last sat. and wired to a 4flat connector. Im getting the magnetic lights and 24V bulbs this week.
Corey did you...
Listen to these guys, this stuff is very addictive. I got my first MV (my M715) before finding steelsoldiers and GL 6 months ago and now I have a M715, S250 shelter, towbars and pending my EUC Im waiting on my M818. You might want to cut up your CC now just to be safe.
Sorry clinto. edited my last post.
MV related, I was able to justify my OD purchess's (spelling?) by convincing the wife I could probably sell them for more than I paid for them if not Im sure I could get out what I paid atleast.
