With regard to it being the original bed, I am almost positive it is not. The mounting hardware was all recent and, as you noted, the paint on the bed does not match the cab of the truck. Great looking truck, Eddie!

I've also seen fluids drained from vehicles at Letterkenny that were awaiting a rebuild (MA NG trucks), but were cut loose. These were all on one sale. Every one of them was an M35A2...and the one guy I know that got one found metal shards in the oil pan. I am not trying to discourage anyone...

Contact John Winslow (252-883-2509). He's got at least two low mileage (but stuck) NHC250 motors that I know of. You could probably get a take-out fairly cheaply. He might even have an NOS oil pump for all I know. That's who I'd check with first.

Those M809 series winch drive shafts are like hen's teeth. You can't find them when you need them. I paid a pretty penny for the one I needed for my old USMC M817 converted to w/w.

Scrounger, that could be it. The only pictures I've seen of one were on GL and that was a year ago. I am not very familiar with them. Is this one yours? If so, are you selling it?
