    Well since your having pressure issues with a single circut brake system and you really have no idea on previous maintainence on it. You should really should pull the drums and do a full inspection , it's the only way your going to know the condition of the brakes.

    Did put a rebuild kit in it ? If you used the old seals it could be leaking internally . Did you follow propper bleeding procedure ? Have you rebuilt the wheel cylinders ?

    The relay just treats a symptom it doesn't fix the problem . And there is still no horn . I've got a pretty good idea where Doghead is going with this.

    Oil also collects moisture from condensation with temperture changes , that is why manufacturers recommend changing at least once a year.

    I wouldn't recomend doing it , unless you plan doing a complete front axle service. You will lose grease out of the bearings and collect dirt in them . Would you throw your bearing in the dirt then install it ? it would have the same effect.

    It depends on your intended use. It looks like New Hampshire has quite a few restrictions for antique plates . You would also have to check into wether a bobber quailifies for antique plates , many states require the vehicles to be unaltered . You really need to check with your local DMV for...

    You should be running diesel , gas will burn but needs oil added to lubricate the injector pump.

    Are they Harbor Freight Fuses ? they have a fuse recall listed on there recall notices page.

    Get soldier B to turn the wheel while you search for the air leak . Most likely either the cylinder or a valve leaking.
