South Carolina to Kansas and return.

It looks to me like the guys loaded enough spares for one rally.

Just make sure the tires aren't flat or you have to change them....... ;-)

Another from Peoples Republic of MD

Welcome to all the new members from MD. My baby Bro lives out there for some reason.

Oh good, San Francisco Dave the Beef King is going to be at the GA Rally. :-)

South Carolina to Kansas and return.

At 56 I'm almost always the oldest at a rally. That's why I like going to the one in GA. We have WM, PB and Ron to make me feel young. ;-)

NC fuel blenders tax help needed

Cranky is an endearing term. I'm surprised all the moderators are as calm as they are with threads going political, not using a simple search, using stupid texting abbreviations AND the no capitalization. Patience of saints I tell you.

Young? Must have been a different couple of guys. :-) Hmm, I think I know why they didn't stop here.

Please spell DH's name correctly as well. He gets a might cranky. (Notice the capitalization.)

    My upcoming Ohio/Indianapolis trip

Did you happen to see a tan suburban towing a 101 trailer headed east on I70?

    1 ton load in a M101A2

I sold one to a co-worker and we loaded it with solid Ash wood heaped above the side racks and it still didn't come down to the stops. I'm guessing it had between 3,500 and 4,000lbs on it. (We had to load it with a backhoe the pieces were so heavy.)

    Military Batteries

That one right there. See it? Over in the corner.

    Military Batteries

I just use NAPA commercial batteries, NOT 6TLs. Something like 1,100 CCAs each. Merge the thread because I know I have answered the question before as well.

    Tow Chain, How'd I do?

Some people are tow bar wh0res, I happen to be that way with chains. I love getting chains. I picked up two 3/4inch chokers at the GA Rally last year and wish I had picked up the 80 or so foot 3/4 as well. That is a good deal and a nice looking chain.

    Front tow pintle

I've seen a lot of guys putting them on their civy trucks as well.

    No keys? 915 recovery

The tow truck just got to the house with the melted puddle that was your 915. Maybe we can get pictures this afternoon when Ziggy picks up his stuff. Don't get in a hurry to see pics, it will only make you sad.

    No keys? 915 recovery

When the Fire Marshall is done with the truck they will allow us to take pics.

Where can I get a HMMWV?

Get an H1 and put 383 on it.

    Role reversal

Now that's a ventilated block. Sorry about the truck.
