Usually the fuel valve under the injector pump top cover gets stuck/rusty from sitting. The solenoid will move like normal but the valve will stay in the closed position. If the weight is less than 6-8’ tall it should be ok for 65 mph or less. If you carry something tall and the weight is above center the trailer will sway and become unstable.
