Need to see what eng. you have...an early or late serp belt system. The nut for that pully is a double system for the late serp system with the black round reservoir above left valve cover. The early serp system has the hidden power steering pump and alternator takes a different pully.

Right side....take the 2 wire harness bolts out of the heat shield, and the rear GP...bend or remove part of the heat shield.....front :remove air cleaner housing, and move water bottle.

Two wires with yellow marking should go to back battery pos. terminal to feed breaker and relay....also relays do get stuck on, or off.

The pump is usually the first thing to fail.

I have a tester for pcb's, tsu's , gpc's, All style start boxes. Ship one to me..I'll test for small fee.

If your box is bad...you could burn out the new plugs.....Sometimes TSU is the problem, but mostly the box is what burns out the plugs.

After awile, those switches get a bad spot inside....sometimes adjusting helps it inside on contacts.
