Looks like they run a front mount charge air cooler, Bosch P-pump, and exhaust brake. Also has the civilian spin on engine coolant filter. Engine is probably 300hp as a guess configured like that.

Fuel should likely exit anytime the pressure exceeds the overflow valve spring pressure. This is the squeak you hear when pushing the primer on a non-running engine.

Usually when the soft lines leak air they don't show anything externally. It will look like a perfectly normal hose. Even when pressure tested only some of them will bleed fuel, some will not. Cheap enough to just replace and be done with it.
