Official way to mount any of those tires is all pointing the same way on the mounting machine so on the truck one side looks like it is backward but according to Michelin they are non directional.

It is definitely NOT 3 ftlbs. I have a printout of the newest manual and it is 50 or 55 ftlbs I will post it in a couple hours.

Don't forget hexnuts also and they all come in steel, stainless, and aluminium. You could spend thousands on rivnuts, hexnuts, plusnuts, and the correct installation tools.

Moved the batteries out of the cab into the side step toolbox. The punch outs almost look as if they were made for this, and moved the cable hold off bracket to a hole on the support frame to prevent rubbing on the edge of the frame. A couple of small holes for the J-bolts for the battery hold...
Who are you having mix your oil base? Most places have gone to computer based mixing and can look up the codes, if you can get them to spend some time looking, if not ask if the can use the mixture codes off a can of Behr or as a last ditch just add blue.

There are many different rims to be had, but the main rims you will get on a M939 series trucks will be a split ring dual wheel and a two piece combat wheel.
The combat rim is a bolt together wheel that normally has a insert inside the tire that clamps the beads tightly between the two halves...
