I was told the same thing when I called them last week. Great customer service.

    How bleed the deuce brakes

No issues that I know of.

    Decon stuff

Thanks; I hadn’t quite located the ABS module yet. Somewhere I read it was by the cab hydraulic manual pump. Was beginning to scratch my head.

    How bleed the deuce brakes

After you install the master cylinder adjust the actuator rod so that the brake pedal has about 1/4” of “free travel”. The 1/4” is measured with the brake pedal pulled up and then slowly push it down by hand. Adjust the actuator rod linkage to get the 1/4”. Be sure the return spring is good...

    Light switch differences?

How does it cause the harness to burn up?

Everything new, still wouldn't start on it's own - SOLVED!

Anyone ever work on the injector pump or injectors?

    Decon stuff

I’ve got the commo rack between the seats too. This had 2 antenna base mounts bolted to the upper rear cab corners. One base is with the truck - the other mount / base is gone.

Everything new, still wouldn't start on it's own - SOLVED!

Oh, and did you replace the primary & secondary fuel filters?

Everything new, still wouldn't start on it's own - SOLVED!

Can you feel or hear the fuel pump working? Have you “cracked open” the fuel supply line to the filter to see if it is flowing?

    Decon stuff

I included a picture of the “mast” to that magnetic thingy picture. It indicates some sort of communication gizmo. There is a computer mount in the cab…?

Everything new, still wouldn't start on it's own - SOLVED!

Is this the dirty air engine or does it have a turbo?

    Troop transport alarm

Should I be pleasantly surprised that the troop transport alarm switch was still with the vehicle? No big deal?

    Decon stuff

Were these supposed to stay on the vehicle? Are they only mounting platforms or…? And is anyone familiar with this antenna base?

    Light switch differences?

My ‘02 MTV M1083A1 has the sexy push button service drive / BO drive light switch. Question: we’re the fancy light switches part of some field mod / upgrade or simply a Army wide replacement for the older switches? Just wondering if this newer switch indicates other upgrades / enhancements...

    New ride

Not sure but so far I’ve been lucky with this purchase. I now have a ABS & CHECK ENGINE light to troubleshoot. I don’t think it will be too bad.

    SF 97

Sharing my experience & current status. I completed and sent the EUC & SF97 to GovPlanet within 24 hours of purchase. EUC came fairly quickly and I was able to get the Item Release and pick up the MTV. After a week of no SF97 action I called GovPlanet & was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks...

Oil leak on front of engine

I need to see what my fan is. I did notice a crack at the end of one of the fan blades.

Oil leak on front of engine

Is this fan from a MTV, 5 ton? Like a M1083A1?
