    This is the heavy af T-138 transfer case, the arrow is pointing to the hi-low shift rod. That has to move in and out to shift the Xfer.

    Yes and there is nothing easy about fixing these. First you need to make absolutely sure the lever and linkage are free. Check that and report back.

    I would consider replacing the valve with a tee and putting ball valves on both sides. PVC fittings would be very reasonable. Some green paint and nobody will know.

    Seems like you can pull up on the lever 8 to 10 inches. If you are in 5th at 35 mph, you are in low.

    Fuse is on +24 volt side. It’s possible your tank has 1” of spooge in the bottom, did you check for that? You should be able to hear the pump run, if not, it’s not getting electricity.

    McMaster Carr is my go-to for O-rings. Any Buna-N rubber o ring should be OK I would think.

    If all the plugs match up I would try that before cutting wires. The module connector looks identical.

    Valve stem must be rusted in place. Disassemble/soak/clean etc

    That kit is to convert 1960's vehicles to the 1970's "module" system which is stock on the M880. Not sure what you are trying to do.

    The TM for the AN/UYK-128 calls out the “W” number for that cable and as I am sure you are aware, this stuff shows up regularly on ebay, set up a notification for the cable nomenclature
