I agree. Try new welding cables just to make sure it's not as easy as that. 2nd place would be the rheostats that control the voltage output. Maybe they are warn or corroded. I just thought about it... try a voltage meter at the pos and neg terminals.

These are 16" not 16.5" one piece rims.

Could not confirm your suggestions. M200 trailers I found use 20" and 22.5" rims. Yes some had a 6 lug pattern. However my rims are 16" 6 lug 1 piece rims. M1101, M1102 and open chassis use 8 lug wheels.

I just looked up the M200A1. The rims are 6 hole but are 10R22.5 14PR Tires, not 9.00-16s

What model trailers take a Super-Lug 9.00-16 tires on 16" 6 hole rims? I know the M116 and M101 trailers can take the tires but not the rim.

That gives me an idea. Run a electric auto drain valve to the 1/4" port. It cycles every x minutes and stays on y seconds in order to drain water from the bottom of the air tank. I would tie that into a airline and it would force the air dryer to discharge through the drain port for y seconds.

With DC welding some applications require positive ground and negative for the rod. Others are the opposite. If you look up the rod numbers it will tell you wich rods need what polarity DC or just AC current.

Yep you got to support it from the frame. That is how all the tool boxes and fuel tanks are supported.

They are underbed tool boxes. Heavy duty! 36" long x 12" deep x 14" high. Locks do not have keys. They can easily be replaced....
