We have a PCU that was doing that to we have checked and all solenoids checked out.
We have not retested unit.
I just got another one off a parts truck and all is fine in the Ctis world.
I would try the behr paint it's designed to be pit on just about anything even vinyl siding.
And that stuff stuff moves quite a bit with the sun heating it then cooling at night.
I thought I would mention the reason why your finding oil in filter box.
The transfer inter lock is leaking air into t-case and pressuring it up which is pushing oil up the t- case vent to filter .
The GA rally rally trails are like that to me in 5 ton.
And on a night trail looks like they just took off through the bushes which I did not do had cover on and if I can't see it, don't know what it might be ripping.
I have had no issues with the 923 it went on some tight trails at rally. I take that back one issue I did knock a dog bone off but the hole I went through should have swallowed my truck.
Never found mud or water in anything.
I just hope my new A2 is just as good.
I would be willing to bet it's the switch. My original switch on truck the turn signals would work if I wiggled the levers.
Replaced it with a new old stock switch and the brake lights would not work .
Went back to original one.
Let's see maybe the thread should say what have you not done lol.
Well here is what I have done so far.
Keyed door locks
Keyed battery cutoff
Fixed Ctis
Coolent filter
Front winch
Painted truck
Installed locking fuel cap
Still left to do
Install go light, back up lights, led lights on front...
I really like the look of the side.and you have done a excellent job but the nose in my opinion has too much black.
If the front looked like the side it would be perfect.
What paint did you use.
