It might be worth changing out the air dryer on your truck. You can buy a rebuild kit for the stock dryer, or replace the one you have. You really shouldn't be dumping water - or barely.
A little air tool oil in to the transfer case line could help, but you need to dig down into the problem...

The home brew bleeder is a pretty good piece of equipment. It requires a fair amount of fluid to function - and whatever you do - don't let your fluid get too low. When it starts pushing air and bubbles, it will drive you crazy.
