Here is a sketch for a hitch assembly for my M923 truck that I came up with. It utilizes 8 existing bolts already on the cross-member of the truck (2 bumperett bolts and 2 bolts under the cross-member on each side of the pintle mount). It is designed to fit around the existing Pintle mount.

Thanks for the correction. So I guess I will have to set up all the batteries in 24 Volt groups and use a battery equalizer or inverter to get 12 volts out for the camper.

50 AMP output at 12 volts should be enough to recharge a 4 battery bank. 60 AMP alternators already do it on most of out trucks.

Easy problem to fix. I had the same thing on mine. **** mud bugs plugged the vent tube at the top of the intake stack. Used a drill bit spun by hand to break up the blockage. You can also remove the 2 vent tubes from the top of the fuel tank and see if they are clogged. Two 1/4" tubes going...

Freightquote.com is a freight broker. I have used them for years to ship freight items. Even Ebay uses them to quote freight shipments for sellers.

The only problem is that the wheel-weals on the M109 box would not line up with the rear axles. The M109 box has a floor joist that goes all the way to the side of the truck right between the two axles. To match that on the 5 ton i would end up with 1 foot on each end of the M109 box. I will...
